The tracking number becomes active once your parcel physically leaves the preparation warehouse.

Due to the size and specific logistics of our equipment, there may be a delay of 48 to 72 working hours between the label being created and the first carrier scan.

We do everything possible to ensure your equipment reaches you in perfect condition.

Made-to-order equipment: Each machine requires precise manufacturing and technical calibration. The total lead time is 6 to 8 weeks.

Once your equipment arrives at the delivery depot closest to you, the carrier will contact you directly (by SMS or phone) to arrange a delivery time slot.

You will therefore be able to organise the delivery according to your availability, at a time that suits you best.

Our standard deliveries are made to the doorstep (ground floor or outside your building).

Due to the weight and size of the crate, the carrier is not authorised to carry items upstairs.

We recommend arranging assistance if you live above ground floor or wish to place the machine in a specific room.

Your satisfaction is covered by our 30-day return policy.

  • In case of damage: If your product arrives damaged, please send us photos within 48 hours. We will cover the return and replacement at our expense.
  • Change of mind: You have 30 days to return the item (unused and in its original packaging). Return costs are covered during this period and no restocking fees apply.
  • Refund: Issued within 14 days after the return has been approved.

A Reformer weighs between 60 kg and 120 kg depending on the model, and the protective crate is bulky.

To handle the equipment safely and avoid any risk of injury or damage, the presence of two people is recommended.

As long as the order is still being prepared, changes can be made free of charge.

Once the parcel has been shipped and collected by the carrier, any change of address may incur redirection fees applied by the transport company and may extend delivery times.
